We are trained to graphically record the meetings to ensure the great idea's presented are recorded and don't get lost in the pile up.

"I think the first thing to note is the ease with which we were able to work with you. Our director doesn't always like being in meetings and working with facilitators, but he seemed to really enjoy and appreciate your work as did Michelle and I. I think it was just helpful to lay out everything we are doing in the format you did it in. We kind of knew we were maybe taking on too much, but just putting it all down on paper and seeing it visually gives us a better sense of what to prioritize, which I think is helpful. Now that all the pieces are up on the paper, we can start to put it all together. I think it will help us understand our roles better, understand how better utilize volunteers, etc. Thank you again for everything. Hope to work with you again sometime!"
